Mike has prepared several proposals for our business, that has included helping with creating a great website, as well as helped design many things for our office needs (business cards, door knockers (full-color), magnetic signs for the trucks, as well as helping us obtain shirts for our crew-which are perfect by the way! He has been most professional to work with, extremely patient with our many changes, and clearly has our best interest in mind! I would recommend him to anyone interested in using his services, and we will be continuing to use him for all our needs in the future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I open the client's eyes to the most helpful tools that are available. Not everyone has the time to research tools for productivity (from legal, to accounting and bookkeeping all the way to database management and strategic marketing. As part of my overall process, since I'm doing this for all clients, I make these tools visible on my website - ataboylabs.com - which is refreshed weekly and sometimes daily with new solutions and tools.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a skilled and certified project manager with expertise in everything from marketing campaign management, to web app, mobile app and SaaS configuration and development management, I first try to meet in-person with the prospective client, understand the 30,000-foot vision, understand and opportunities for enhancing or honing that vision, and then asking the client to work with me on a requirements document that will help us save time and frustration down the road as we get into the configuration. This BRD - business requirements document - is very helpful in fostering long-term relationships and mitigating risk.
