- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I open the client's eyes to the most helpful tools that are available. Not everyone has the time to research tools for productivity (from legal, to accounting and bookkeeping all the way to database management and strategic marketing. As part of my overall process, since I'm doing this for all clients, I make these tools visible on my website - ataboylabs.com - which is refreshed weekly and sometimes daily with new solutions and tools.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a skilled and certified project manager with expertise in everything from marketing campaign management, to web app, mobile app and SaaS configuration and development management, I first try to meet in-person with the prospective client, understand the 30,000-foot vision, understand and opportunities for enhancing or honing that vision, and then asking the client to work with me on a requirements document that will help us save time and frustration down the road as we get into the configuration. This BRD - business requirements document - is very helpful in fostering long-term relationships and mitigating risk.
