- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, the hotel chains, cruise lines, car rental companies, and tour companies pay me a commission so, in most cases, you the client aren't charged a fee. If we create a custom itinerary for you we charge a fee for service of $250 per week. If we book only flights for you there is a $60.00 per person charge. If we book only train tickets for you there is a $50.00 per person charge. If we book an airbnb, vrbo, or other type of accommodation that does not offer a commission we charge a fee for service of $60 per accommodation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We cover: What you’re celebrating or planning Your travel style and preferences Budget and timeline Any must‑haves or deal‑breakers Past travel experiences (what you loved or hated) 2. We Build Your Personalized Trip Profile After the call, we organize everything you shared into a clear profile that guides the planning. This includes: Destination preferences Resort/cruise style Activity interests Special considerations (kids, mobility, dietary needs, groups, weddings, etc.) This ensures every recommendation fits you, not a generic traveler. 3. Curated Options Presented Clearly We research, compare, and narrow down the best options for your goals. You receive: 2–4 curated recommendations Clear pricing What’s included Pros and cons Why each option fits your vision No overwhelm. No endless Googling. Just clarity
