FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say that my staging jobs are broken down into 2 major types. Staging vacant properties and staging occupied homes. Vacant properties will entail bringing in essentially a houseful of furniture and accessories including such items as rugs, window treaments, wall decor, kitchen and bath accessory packages. I like to have rooms fully furnished much like a model home would be. Occupied residences require a more personalized experience for both the seller and myself and most often will also include the realtor involved in listing the property. My goal is to make the home as marketable as possible and yet be sensitive to those that are still living in the home. Often, staging can be overwhelming with the recommendations I may make and I try to insure that the homeowner is comfortable with the changes and able to work together with me to maximize the appeal of the home. When we're all on the same page, the results can be amazing and dramatic, resulting in offers often over asking price, and, as soon as day 1 on the market!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust me! I'm here to help and if your goal is to sell your home for as much as possible in as little amount of time as possible, then that's my goal too.
