- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize pricing for all events depending on the needs of the Client. Consultations are complimentary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the potential Client contacts us, there is an interview/overview that takes place to determine the wants, needs and desires of said Client and if we can fulfill aforementioned. If we are in agreement, a contract is drawn up and sent to Client for review and acceptance by a certain date. A signed copy of the contract, along with a deposit, is required to secure their event date. We then set a date for a meet/greet to go over a punch-list of all pertinent information prior to event in order to ensure a most memorable time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained with the Top Agency in Boston for several years before going out on our own. We have been serving the Greater Metropolitan Boston area, Cape Cod, Southern Maine, NH, & RI for 29+ years covering everything from Corporate to Private events of all kinds. We are Wedding Specialists. Our entire business has been built on word-of-mouth advertisement.
