What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a free consultation over the phone. Once that happens, we either decide to meet in person or continue to work virtually. I can meet clients in my office in Woburn, in a coffee shop close to the clients location, or virtually. I am also available for weekend appointments when scheduled in advance.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend hiring whoever makes you feel the most comfortable. If that’s not me, that’s ok! Go with your gut and hire who you trust to handle the job. If you select me, I’ll work to keep your trust and handle your matter carefully.
