Richard and team were absolutely great to work with. They finished a project for us in a day, securing the loose stair rail, patching and painting. That’s quite a bit to be completed and the quality was great. I’ll be reaching out for future projects. Highly recommend him

A fantastic experience. Very responsive, excellent communication, and quality work. Will definitely hire again for future projects. Had water damage to fascia board. Affected section was removed, replaced and painted.

Two crews worked together to finish the stair flooring, and they did an excellent job. The work was completed very professionally and much faster than expected. The stairs look great, with clean lines and solid workmanship. Highly recommend them for their efficiency, skill, and professionalism. Will definitely hire them again for any future projects!

I had an amazing experience with Chiamarelli Construction from start to finish. They came out the same day I reached out for a quote, which already set them apart. Even more impressive they were able to start right away and completed the entire project in just three days.
The team was extremely professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in their work. They made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day, which I truly appreciated especially with a little one running around the house. That level of care and consideration doesn’t go unnoticed.
Everyone on the crew was polite, respectful, and very easy to work with. They were also creative in their approach and offered helpful suggestions along the way. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping with a few additional small projects around the house.
Even the painter was fantastic quick, professional, and very friendly.
Overall, this was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend Chiamarelli Construction to anyone looking for quality work, efficiency, and a team you can trust.
