Richard and team were absolutely great to work with. They finished a project for us in a day, securing the loose stair rail, patching and painting. That’s quite a bit to be completed and the quality was great. I’ll be reaching out for future projects. Highly recommend him

Richard is awesome. He pointed all the issues and work needed to done beforehand, did everything as promised. And his price is reasonable. He also did the painting and cleaned up all the trash. Very satisfied!

I had an amazing experience with Chiamarelli Construction from start to finish. They came out the same day I reached out for a quote, which already set them apart. Even more impressive they were able to start right away and completed the entire project in just three days. The team was extremely professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in their work. They made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day, which I truly appreciated especially with a little one running around the house. That level of care and consideration doesn’t go unnoticed. Everyone on the crew was polite, respectful, and very easy to work with. They were also creative in their approach and offered helpful suggestions along the way. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping with a few additional small projects around the house. Even the painter was fantastic quick, professional, and very friendly. Overall, this was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend Chiamarelli Construction to anyone looking for quality work, efficiency, and a team you can trust.

Two crews worked together to finish the stair flooring, and they did an excellent job. The work was completed very professionally and much faster than expected. The stairs look great, with clean lines and solid workmanship. Highly recommend them for their efficiency, skill, and professionalism. Will definitely hire them again for any future projects!

I worked with Richard on fixing a rotted part of my front outdoor staircase. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry and follow up questions. He was timely and completed the project the same day, and the railing looks brand new. He also took the time to look into other house projects and provide rough estimates. I work recommend him and his team!
