- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know they will get experience, professionalism, quality work and someone who understands people. I’m not promoting a price, I figure on a number that works.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I allow them to tell me what they what, write it down and then discuss with them, what our goal is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My whole life, hands on. Taught by some of the best.
