- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by discussing their project goals and budget to make sure I understand exactly what they need. Then I visit the job site (if needed) to take measurements and evaluate the work. After that, I provide a clear written estimate with all the details and timelines. Once the customer approves, I schedule the work, keep them updated throughout the project, and make sure everything is done to their satisfaction before finishing.
