We hired Ben to install a new deadbolt and rekey all our locks to one key. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to really listen to our concerns and made the best recommendations for our specific needs, and the quote was very fair. He took the time to make sure the locks were installed perfectly with the best aesthetic outcome. In fact if locksmithing were an art, his work should be in a museum! Ben was great. He came in assessed the situation. I’ve had a problem with this lock before and showed me exactly what it had to be done and what part he had to order. It was a sliding glass door and then when he found out that it needed something additional he’d let me know and he confirmed the price he showed up when he was supposed to finished it communicated great he did a fabulous job.
