Eli has performed services for me on two occasions in the past couple months and I have been very pleased with the quality of his work. His estimates and pricing are very good as well. First job was re-keying and replacing a few locks. Eli went above and beyond and offered to reattach the door handle at no extra charge. He spent significant extra time to correct what was initially installed wrong. On another job about a month later Eli did some repair work on my garage door and also reprogrammed the door openers, another great job. Eli is very thorough and meticulous in everything he does and not only wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with his work, but that he does the job as well as he can, showing that he has pride in his work. I would highly recommend him for any locksmith work or garage door repairs or installs.

Ben is an absolute professional — you can’t go wrong hiring him as your locksmith. He replaced two of our old double-cylinder locks with smart locks, and they work perfectly. We couldn’t be happier. The job turned out to be more challenging than expected because of our metal door frame, which required him to cut through metal to create new holes. Even though it took longer than he originally anticipated, he honored the original quote without charging us extra — which says a lot about his integrity. On a separate occasion, we had to call Ben on Thanksgiving night when our guests accidentally locked themselves out of their bedroom. He arrived within minutes and quickly opened the door. He even upgraded the lock for us while he was there! Ben is reliable, skilled, and genuinely kind. We highly recommend him.
