Nick and his team are exceptionally talented. As my family and I were getting ready for a weekend getaway one of my kids got out of the shower to tell my husband the water was running cold. My husband went down to check the boiler and noticed there was water everywhere and the boiler had stopped working which had caused the water heater to stop working too, we knew the problem was out of our hands so we came to Thumbtack to find a Professional and I’m very happy we had found Empire, Nick had came as soon as the next morning to take a look at everything and the boiler had what Nick explained as a “cracked heat exchanger” and that our boiler was beyond repair, Nick had assured us that he could upgrade our system and ensure us we were in good hands, and that’s exactly what we were. We left for our vacation worried and came back to work beautifully done, very neat and tidy, and best of all we have our heating system and hot water running again. Thank you Empire 10/10 recommend.
