Eddy was very responsive throughout the whole process. He completed an assessment of my mini-split which continued to show an error message and wasn't warming up. He knew exactly what the issue was and scheduled a time to return to fix the issue. He provides 100% guarantee on his work so if I have any issues he explains he will come an assess. He takes pride in his work. He is very professional and skillful. I definitely recommend him.
