I originally needed to replace two central AC systems—one was no longer functioning, and the other was not cooling properly and still used the older R-22 refrigerant. I requested several estimates online, and Chronos responded almost immediately. From the beginning, they were professional, asked detailed questions about my existing systems, and requested pictures so they could better assess the project. They provided several estimates with different options, allowing me to choose the solution that best fit my needs and budget.
Chronos also offered to conduct a site visit to finalize the estimate. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate my availability, arrived on time, and kept me informed by text when they were on the way and provided an estimated arrival time.
After reviewing my options, I decided to move forward with Chronos. At the last minute, I expanded the project to include a third AC system. They worked with me to keep the project within my budget and, within days, arrived with all the necessary equipment and additional crew members. They handled the delivery and installation in an organized and efficient manner and had all three systems operating in time for the very hot weather.
During the installation, the crew discovered a few additional issues. They discussed everything with me, listened carefully to my concerns, explained their recommendations, and addressed each issue appropriately. Once the project was completed, they removed all the old equipment and materials and left the work areas clean and orderly.
This was a large project in my mind, but Chronos handled it professionally, efficiently, and with expertise. I am extremely pleased with the installation, communication, and overall quality of their work. I would confidently recommend Chronos AC & Plumbing to anyone needing HVAC services.
