FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My starting rate is $80 per hour but my rate will vary based on location and any special requests. Usually my rate increases because of travel expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to always thank a new customer for reaching out and contacting me out of many face painters that are available. I sometimes ask the customer a couple of questions before giving them a price. I give them a set price according to what they specify for their event and proceed to ask for a deposit to serve as a confirmation that I will be hired for their event. Further details of the event are discussed and I like to exchange phone numbers in case there are any last minute changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always enjoyed art. I have taken art and drawing classes back in college but just because it's something I enjoy. I look forward to learning ways to improve my face painting skills and designs to stand out of competition and better represent myself during events.
