When I was looking for some Heat Pump systems for my home, Modern Energy was the 2nd company I connected with, and I am glad that I did. My salesman Cesar was great throughout the whole process. I could email him or text him and he would always respond and answer my questions. He walked me through the difference and benefits between a ducted system and mini-splits. The few interactions that I had with the office staff were great, they were always friendly and they did everything they could to accommodate my schedule. They helped me with the Mass Save rebate process and guided me through the whole thing. The workers that came and did the insulation needed before I could get the heat pumps were respectful of all my things and did a great job. They also answered all of my questions and were very respectful of my home. I want to give a great big thanks to Aaron, Dave, Kamil Jaskolski, Sean Whitehurst, and Jordan Allred who worked on installing my heat pump systems. They were all really friendly and made sure to remember each of my family members names. They never got irritated if I hovered or asked questions. They were polite and respectful at all times. They were even friendly to my over attentive dogs. They made sure to leave my home neat and the way it was when they started. They also did not mind answering my abundant questions. To all of you at Modern Energy, thanks for a great experience and I will recommend you to anyone that asks!

We highly recommend this business, we were impressed with Will and Brandon professionalism and customer service, very friendly and respectful. Each step of the installation process was explained and once complete it, the function of the unit. This guys were very efficient and punctual. No complaints. Again, highly recommended.

We had Modern Energy install a heat pump and mini-split. We were so impressed with Tim and Sean. They were so pleasant and responded to all of our questions and concerns. No sooner did Tim and Sean leave than Pedro and the Modern Energy insulation crew moved in. They too were pleasant and very responsive to our concerns. On top of all that, Laurie in the office was so hlepful with MassSave rebates and interest free loans. Jeff, that is quite a operation you've got going there. Many thanks for such great service.

Had our system installed 9/2023. Was initially disappointed with the delay from the time of purchase to install however, when it was finally completed, we are very happy. Installation was smooth, tidy and efficient. They only issue we experienced was related to the referral program. It took several months and multiple emails before the relative that referred us received their checkOverall, I would recommend modern energy, with the advice to plan ahead for timing/scheduling and being alert to follow up if a referral check is involved.The units operate quietly and efficiently!

Professional, friendly, work fast, and will work with you on the best placement for the mini-split for the best efficiency, will always recommend them. As for the mini-split itself, got the Fujitsu, and it has been working fantastically. I had solar panel installed before this, and the energy usage has been great!

We always provide free, no commitment quotes on all of our services. Additionally, we have in-house staff to assist customers with rebate and heat loan filing. We always make sure our customers pay the lowest price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company owners had been working in clean energy and home services for 10+ years prior to the founding of Modern Energy. Now we hire the absolute best technicians and electricians to make sure all of our jobs are installed flawlessly.
