Audio visual ambiance installed my entire home’s hard-wired security system (several cameras surrounding the whole home, NVR, optimized all the settings, and also helped me download the security app on my phone and PC) and I love it! Very professional and efficient, explained everything that was being done, and taught me how to use the system/set it all up for me. I will definitely be using them again with more upcoming home projects 😊 highly recommend!

I was having a hard time finding someone to help fix my elliptical machine, i live 25 miles outside the city and no one would even consider it. But he did! and i appreciates it very much, he showed up on time. He had great communication leading up to our appointment and after. Although my machine was unable to be fixed on this first visit, it was diagnosed and he has continued to help resolve the issue and find the necessary parts. I will not hesitate to have him back to help, repair at that point. He did not rush and was honest. He started up conversation with my husband that lead him to helping him fix something else in the house! Which not too many service people would do . He is very professional, punctual and kind . I will definitely use his services again and recommend to others . A+. Thank you .
