When my boiler started leaking water all over the basement, I called Baystate Mechanical. I spoke with Rick, who walked me through emergency triage. He arrived as scheduled, was professional, and had the expertise and tools required to fix my problem. All work was explained, along with options I had to mitigate future predicaments, and ways to improve efficiencies. I had Baystate Mechanical Replace the boiler and install a WaterCop system - among other work, and couldn't be happier with their services and pricing. If I need any other plumbing services, they're the one I'm going to call!

I called Baystate when I had water pouring all over my basement. Baystates owner AJ came out the next day and snaked my main sewer drain removing a large amount of roots that were causing a blockage. Overall they did a great job and I would hire them again in the future
