- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering very competitive pricing for deep, standard and moves in/out cleaning services. Usually we recommend, for the first time, a deep cleaning that will be with a 10% discount ONLY if the customer agree to be part of our wonderful maintenance plan that could be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Overall, our pricing is 15-25% under the average competition. Note that for deep cleaning services the oven and fridge are included at not extra charge. For carpet cleaning, we recommend bonnet and extraction for the first time with a 10% discount ONLY if the customer will be in our regular plan for house cleaning in where the carpet spot cleaning will be added in the scope of work as a plus in each service for our customers to keep their carpet cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to proceed with a walkthrough to see the conditions of the house, meeting the customer to determinate a scope of work, clarify the services that we are offering and estimating a fair price is a plus for us and works convenient for our customers. The service might be done right away after the meeting or it might be scheduled as is convenient for the customer.

25 Years experience working for luxury hotels, prestigious restaurants and well known office buildings until I became the owner of First Call Enterprises Corporation dba/ Perfect Touch Janitorial Services.
