JoJo was a pleasure to work with, you can tell she knows and loves dogs and is confident in how to properly train them. In her initial meeting with us we never felt pressured into having to work with her, she clearly wanted us to understand her methods and determine for ourselves if they matched with how we want to train. We'll definitely be continuing with her, and highly recommend her to anyone!Mar 8, 2019Verified
JoJo is a skilled trainer. I learned so much from her in our first session. I see an improvement in my dog's behavior already. I look forward to working with her again.Oct 14, 2018Verified
So far, the training is going great. I learned so much just in the first session. My dog has been responding very well. I highly recommend Horse and Hound Wellness.May 14, 2018Verified
Loved this experience. With just one visit, (Just one!) we have a calmer and much better behaved dog. Of course, we were the ones who needed the training! We look forward to the next lesson! Thank you!Oct 8, 2017Verified
Jojo did an awesome job with our vizsla pup, Argos. She's very meticulous and articulate in training our dog. Her strategies are very effective especially with a very hyper dog. We love her and we would recommend her to anybody looking for in-home dog training.Apr 20, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is very competitive and I also offer 3 session packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The typical process starts with a consult, just prior to the training session. I need to hear the concerns/issues that the owner/s have and need to make sure we are all on the same page. At this consult, I will also observe the dynamics of the dog and the human/s and determine from there what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Animal Behavior College Dog Training Certification; Volunteer at dog shelter; Warrior Canine Connection Service Puppy Raiser/Dog Trainer. Pet sitter/dog walking business.
