Creekside did an amazing job working with the tight space of our townhome front yard. They came out quickly to assess our situation and began recommending potential solutions for us to think about while they pulled together the full design. They use really user friendly systems to send proposals, payment, and schedule reminders which is a relief when working with smaller companies.

We worked directly with DJ to find the right look and feel (we were honestly pretty picky) but I appreciated the open line of communication and fine tuning everything from stone to plant color. He even spent some days sourcing a specific kind of pebble that we wanted for added contrast, but couldn’t initially find, and so we really appreciated that extra effort. He also made sure to suggest plants and hardscaping that would stand the test of time, as we were looking for minimal maintenance in the long run (no green thumbs in this house lol).

The individuals on his team are super courteous and informative. They barely make a sound and that’s coming from someone who works from home everyday. They’re also very tidy and friendly, would totally have them back anytime.

My advice to working seamlessly with Creekside is to ask as many questions as you need to feel informed, trust in their expertise, and stay in contact with your designer/project manager for project updates.

They seem to have a great system of work going and I’m grateful for their collaboration.
