What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer AfterPay and the prices are fair and transparent. Thumbtack charges per referral and that cost is taken into consideration to allow us to still be relatively profitable. This charge is consistent with current market pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call immediately to understand your needs.
Once we determine the best course of action to assist you, we schedule.
During the appointment window we can provide you with a Qoute and hopefully execute all repairs on that visit.
Installations require more planning then repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a license Mechanical Master HVAC Technician in Maryland and Virginia with several years of on the job training as well as formal academic training.
I also have a bachelors in business.
