What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for our turf products. We do offer 10% off turf for military. As for labor, it all depends on the size of your yard, the access, how much stone and etc. Also, putting greens are going to be a little more than your typical standard installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get an idea of the size, access, if you have dogs and/or kids, sunny or shady, hauling dirt and etc. Having a little more information helps with narrowing down products since we offer so many.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a background of 50 years in construction. We are very familiar with site work and base preparation for installing out turf.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We own a construction company and decided we wanted to add to it. We found SYNLawn and loved everything about them. We decided it would be the perfect addition for us.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types. Residential, commercial, governement, etc. We do jobs of all sizes. Call us today for a free estimate!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did win project of the year for all of SYNLawn this past year. It was an almost 40,000 SF job with two putting greens, turf going different directions to look like lawn mower lines, a dog run and two tee line boxes. The project took us about two months to complete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would tell you to get other pricing and make sure it is someone that is local. Please look into their warranties as well and see what makes their company stand out. We have a 15 year warranty and our company is 100% vertically integrated in the USA. Our factory is in Dalton, GA.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about the return you will have! It can be expensive up front but the minimal maintenace, green lush grass year round, no more mud, it being a safe application and etc., it starts to pay for it itself.
