Costa floors was very quick to respond to my initial request. They were able to come out the next day to take measurements and give a free estimate. I never met Hugo but I met Hugo’s wife and primarily dealt with Jordi throughout the job.
They weren’t able to start the day we agreed on and had to postpone but only by one day. Other than that, Jordi and Alex were very punctual, respectful, and professional.
The floors turned out great and they were even flexible in deciding times for the second and third clear coats to work best for my schedule. In keeping with full disclosure, they did get a few spots of polyurethane onto my walls and ceilings ; however, they were very sincere in trying to help come to a reasonable solution for both parties .
I priced out three different companies and Costa’s was the most comparable of them all. If you’re looking for a fast, efficient, and beautiful floor refinishing contact them!

We in person walk through to get a idea of the exact work and specifications of job requested, a contract will be written up after agreement of the work to be done

I have over 10 years of experience with hardwood flooring.
