I’m not sure what a DEEP cleaning entails these days, but we had to ask them to vacuum the main floors, vacuum window stools, and corners. The dining room table wasn’t wiped, so we asked them to do that. I still re-wiped it once they left because there were fingerprints underneath the glass. They literally didn’t clean any surfaces (everything was still dusty), or mop the bathroom floors. Beds weren’t made and dishes were still on the counters and in the sink. Apparently the kitchen was extra (even though this was a DEEP cleaning). I thought this was standard for a basic cleaning, and they didn’t even do that. Needless to say, my husband and I spent another 3 hours re-cleaning the entire house. And I am over 9 months pregnant! We were given a $10 discount. Our house was already pretty clean so absolutely nothing was done.
