$4.00 for each notarial act and $1.00 for any additional signatures needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with working with a new client is to speak with them by telephone so that I can obtain all pertinent information about the document(s) that will need signatures and notarizations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience as a real estate professional. I have been a notary public for 5 years and a NNA certified loan signing agent for 1 year. In the state of Maryland, you must obtain a title insurance producer independent contractor license to provide loan signing services. I have knowledge and training as a real estate and bankruptcy paralegal.
