- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee structure is simple and transparent for our customers. There are no hidden costs. Additionally, any fees we collect come from rent actually paid by the tenant. There is no up-front cost to you at all. We charge 8% of collected rent as a management fee. That covers all of our services except for tenant placement. This includes collecting rents, managing maintenance and repairs, property inspections, securing rental licenses and lead inspections, collecting and returning security deposits, overseeing move ins and move outs, monitoring water bills, securing parking passes and pool passes, and any other day-to-day task that needs to be done. We don't charge for vacant properties and we don't charge a premium on maintenance. You only pay for the needed repair, not for us to oversee the work.
