Thank you so much for your feedback. We are sorry to have this bad review in our profile just because you feel our prices are high. Every company operates different. The fact that we are profesional and responsive it means that we have a whole operating system that involves a lot of people so we function as a real business. You are comparing apples with bananas. The fact that some companies can do it for less but don’t have all the operations we have nor some don’t even have licenses and insurance then how can we be high? Maybe they are low. There are other companies that have higher prices than us yet that doesn’t mean we are low. Just the same as when you go buy a pair of shoes not all shoes has the same price correct so this a business and works exactly the sane. This type of reviews hurt our business rating. And we have not even provided a service to you. I think we all as customers should be more understanding of this and not hurt your local business that work hard. Our industry does a great job already providing free estimates. It does cost you anything to have our representatives and their time to come out and try to help you. And pay us back but leaving this type of reviews it is very unfair. I really hope this response helps future customers to be more understanding. I’m customer of many places and i try to help them instead of damaging them for no reason just because i have a feeling of something i have not really thought about. Thank you for your time.
