- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are free for the first 15 or 30 minutes depending on the practice area. Our pricing is a combination of flat fee for some services and hourly rate for others. Our pricing for most matters will depend on the practice area and the scope of representation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers should contact us to schedule a consultation by calling the office or by booking an appointment on the website. Consultations are primarily over the phone or by video conference. A potential client must complete an electronic intake form prior to the consultation. During the meeting, we can determine what's needed and the scope of representation. Prices may be quoted during the consultation, or shortly thereafter in an email depending on the scope of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law (1996). I am admitted to practice law in Maryland Courts (1998). I am admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland (2001). I have a Maryland real estate broker's license (2003).
