- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes - I charge the same rate on all projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to meet in person and get to know a new customer, what their likes and dislikes are, and how they're comfortable working - this always helps the communication process down the line. Serving the client well is all about developing good communication with them. Most if not all problems are rooted in an inability to communicate ideas effectively, so I always focus on this first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained as a product designer in college, so I'm comfortable working with visual ideation, aka rendering, and all the different aspects of technical drawings such as design plans.
