All the At Your Service staff I dealt with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Rob, who came to give me an estimate for my replacement heat pump, answered all my questions both during the estimate visit and later on the phone. He explained exactly what needed to be done and what to expect. The install technicians, Galbert and James, worked very hard to make sure everything was done right, that the equipment worked properly and that all work areas were clean when they left. The office staff was also very helpful in explaining the process. I highly recommend this company.

I talked to one of their guys on the phone for awhile about the work we needed right after I submitted the request for a quote on Thumbtack. Not anything too extensive - just clean and seal for our ducts. We set the appointment for Friday and I took off work to make sure someone was at the house. The technician was a no call, no show. I had received a text confirming my appointment for Friday but didn't respond since we had JUST set this up. I'm pretty upset because I don't have a lot of vacation time, it's summer and I have family coming to town and this wasted a full day of leave. I'm wondering if they just figured they wouldn't make enough money on our ductwork so they ghosted us? Anyway, I am out 8 hours of vacation time because no one bothered to tell me they didn't want the job. Do not recommend.
