I lost power to my thermostat and HVAC last night at around 9pm. I did a quick search on Thumbtack and Mr. Lawrence was the first to respond to my inquiry. His reviews and confirmation of a license prompted me to hire him. He called me back almost immediately to set up an appointment to come out this morning. He was prompt, knowledgeable and willing to explain the entire process to me. He had all the necessary parts to get my system back to working condition. He took pictures and informed me of the 1 year warranty. He also went back to ensure he left everything in clean condition. I am very grateful for his professionalism and efficiency. I 100% recommend his services to others.

Michael was quick to respond to my request which was a bit odd. I just needed to move my units about 12 inches closer to my house to accommodate a fence install.
