Introduction: At Iron Knife Catering we focus on plant based meal prep and culinary education using locally sourced, responsibly grown produce. In addition to stellar plant based product we offer a full line of cakes and desserts, private chef services and culinary consulting.
I think the thing I enjoy the most about my work as a chef is the people, the look on ones face upon seeing their vision unfold. Feeling the emotion as their senses take in the experience. Last but not least, educating, whether its a new dish or a new technique. Give one a fish, feed them for a day.......well you know the rest.
