I am very pleased with the work Brett and family completed. They installed two ceilings fans, replaced 4 recess lights, added two recess lights and more! He provides fair pricing, was flexible with our schedule, and really did everything he could to complete the project while maintaining a high standard. He and family are also just really nice people! I highly recommend his services.

Extremely happy with this company! Home Depot sent me an email less than a week before delivery letting me know my gas valve was not up to code to install the range, so I sent a message to 3 companies and they were the only that responded the same day, provided information and price. When the other companies responded, I was already sure I wanted to work with "Matteo Services" and it was the right decision. I was against the clock as I was not aware I needed to upgrade this, so as promised, the service was provided on time and the job was well done. They were very professional and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Will definitely contact them for my next projects! Thank you!

Matt did an excellent job. He upgraded my wired security system. He installed my system quickly and did a fantastic job! Everything works great!!! He was very knowledgeable on what would work best for what I needed. Also was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again if I needed any wiring work or cameras installed in the future.

I am an expert at hiring contractors. At 70 years old, I have hired a few! That being said, I look for professionals who really try to gain my business, are enthusiastic about my projects and fit me in their schedule in a timely manner. Now, the review: We have a delightful husband and wife team, who showed up to my house, dove in and started work on my new appliances. They are a pleasure to work with. Also, they are pet owners, so I didn't have to hide the fur children. Finally, they have great reviews and I am adding another 5 star. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive and I have the knowledge to offer you the best options for doing your job so that you can get the best price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to see the job and meet with the customer to give an accurate quote, I also can likely give a price using video calls, if that isn't possible to do I then at least would need to see pictures of the job and the areas that I will have to run wires through.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the harford community college electrical apprenticeship program and have been in this business for 28 years. My older brother opened an electrical contracting company when I was 15 years old. Therefore I have seen many facets of this business and have a great grasp of what it takes to get a job done from beginning to end and make the customer happy. I also taught electrical wiring for 7 years as well
