- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing, although flexible, is the value of not only my work but my team, my family's overall future, and of course my overhead business expenses, however, I do aim to be affordable. I'm happy to discuss exactly what it is you are looking for and see if the services I offer fit within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get on a phone call or video chat as soon as possible. We get to know each other, talk things through, and see if we are a good fit. We can also text afterwards to keep things moving forward if we agree to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I over 10 years behind the camera, from photos, videos, and audio. Close to 20 years of navigating technology and software, including graphic design and other digital art.
