Introduction: I provide thorough exercise programming through a protocol i myself have designed. Client safety is my number one priority and I begin each exercise program by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of my clients so we both have a better understanding of what their bodies can/cannot do.
I love being a personal trainer because of the bond that is forged through the Client/Trainer relationship. I become a friend to all of my clients and feel that the support I give them helps increase their quality of life.
