Introduction: I provide thorough exercise programming through a protocol i myself have designed. Client safety is my number one priority and I begin each exercise program by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of my clients so we both have a better understanding of what their bodies can/cannot do. I love being a personal trainer because of the bond that is forged through the Client/Trainer relationship. I become a friend to all of my clients and feel that the support I give them helps increase their quality of life.

I started training with Cory a month ago and I could not be more impressed! Within minutes of training, he was able to identify my strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan to achieve the results I desire. He takes the time to make sure I am executing the exercises correctly and am using my body to its full capacity. He not only teaches me how to exercise, but explains which muscle groups I'm using. He has helped me improve my diet and change my life for the better. I have already lost weight and have seen vast improvements in my general health and well being since training has begun. I am so fortunate to have found Cory as my trainer and would highly recommend him!

Cory is an excellent trainer who ranks client safety a number one priority. Cory has a variety of workouts and equipment that meet a range of workout needs. He is willing to work with a difficult schedule and he is genuine and encouraging. I would definitely recommend having Cory as a trainer.

I started training with Cory not too long ago and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. He was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad she did. He is knowledgeable of fitness and nutrition so he is able to put together a great workout and diet plan. He is motivating, patient, and genuinely cares about the success of his clients. I highly recommend him!

He knows his physiology and targets muscle groups perfectly. He is a very positive trainer as well. I was trained a few years ago by someone I really thought of as irreplaceable however, Cory made me rethink that. Anyone would be lucky to have him, he has a future plan in mind when training.

I would definitely recommend Cory to others hoping to get fit, but not wanting to feel intimidated by their trainer. He's got the perfect balance of being professional and being personable. He recognizes your physical abilities pretty quickly and immediately begins working on your weaknesses. He's keen on making sure technique is perfected, and will adjust your workouts if you are unable to perform something. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially someone new to a serious work out routine because he caters to each client, without being to intimidating or overwhelming. Very welcoming and knowledgeable!
