I been away from the south for at least 25 years. The owner of Ms. Carolina's Simone was able to bring that good ole southern food back to the dinner table. Ms Carolina's cakes are better then any stores brought cake. I have purchased cakes for baby showers, proms, wedding and even 3d cakes.

She makes the best cakes ever. My cakes are always exactly like the pictures I show her. They are always ready on time for my event. And it taste good.

These cupcakes are ridiculously good!!!! If you buy a dozen be prepared to eat them all or watch them disappear in front of you! These are not only the BEST cupcakes ever but if you think your being nice by sharing just prepare yourself to go by more they are THAT good!! Luv me some Carolina's Custom Cakes!! Philly B.

She is polite, understanding, she works with you, her ideas our wonderful and she makes your ideas really come to life on the cake. Since my first time working with her I refuse to go to any body else for cakes I love her and the cakes. Plus her cake is always the hit and spotlight of the party! Plus the cake taste magical!

I have used Carolina's Cakes multiple times. Every time has been a wonderful experience. The cakes are always exactly what I ask for and they taste as good as they look. Not to mention the cakes stay fresh for days. I tend to order more than what I need and have it a little longer. But it's still just as moist as it was the first day we cut it. I would definitely recommend this company for catering services.
