The job wasn't too big but required some careful detailed work. Their bid was half of most other bids, but they did a great job reframing a ceiling utility access area and completed the work involving installing 2 large access panels, in less than a day. However, likely due to their low bid, they didn't go the extra mile in covering up one of the access panel to provide a symmetrical look.
