The home owners were very displeased. The floors and light fixtures were still dusty (two of the most important aspects of a post renovation clean). They actually believe the cleaner lied about coming back and cleaning the floors since this was supposedly done at midnight when no one was there. After declining her coming back to fix it, the owners requested a refund (even partial) and was ignored. I wouldn’t recommend.
