- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reasonable and nonnegotiable as you are receiving good quality and reliable service. There are additional fees for the following *Additional services Inside Oven, Windows , Blinds , Inside Refrigerator, Over 15 Knick Knacks In 1 room, Wash Baseboards and Linen Changing ( we will make the beds but to change linen is an additional cost) *There is a Cancellation Agreement A fee of $45 is required if cancellation is not received within 48 hour of your Scheduled Cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is quite easy * Discuss the Project, Cost , Date and time * Receive Your Information * Agree to Cancellation Agreement ( If you cancel service less than 48 hours there is a fee) ( no contract ) * Arrive and Asses the project * Complete The Clean - Payment * Schedule the Next Clean
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and our staff attend cleaning seminars to keep everyone up to date on new products and equipment. We also have meetings once a month to improve our services an make our jobs just a little easier if possible.
