I requested deep cleaning. What I received was something my 8yr could have done. Never touched my baseboards, which is part of deep cleaning. Bathroom was barely touched. She did not do $225 worth of cleaning. I had to hire someone else to clean.

Sorry that you didn’t like the job that was done. However, we did offer to come back and fix what you had a complaint about but you decided to spend more money and hire someone else. Furthermore, our policy does state that all areas in which you want cleaned need to be cleared off in order for us to clean. We were not hired to do laundry and I did ask for something to put all the clothes and items off the beds in multiple times and you ignored the request. Once again I do apologize that you weren’t happy with the job done.
