The experience I have had with FergBayDecor is second to none. Living on the west coast with her on the east coast makes the time change difficult, not with FergBay. She makes herself available at ALL hours of the day. Every text message I send is responded within 5 minutes.
She understands the importance of working with a budget. Whether it be lower or higher, she finds items that fall within your budget. She is not pushy, she is always looking for the best deal possible.
She makes such a complicated and stressful project simpler by using video chats to share her screen, add to her cart, and then sends you her cart link to purchase. This saves hours upon hours of having to purchase products individually.
While she has her own personal preference for aesthetic style, she matches your inspiration projects to a tee. I was shocked to see how similar my room was in comparison to my inspo pictures.
Finally, FergBay is more than an interior designer. In an industry that tries to nickel and dime you, she is driven by maintaining customer relations.

I had a few clear visions and some not so clear, but Brittany came in and created the perfect balance of what I wanted and what I MAY have wanted had I been able to describe it to her.
