- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consult fee will be deducted from total should you hire us. Rates identified for service calls cover the first hour of service, any additional charges will be discussed with customer in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation begins via phone conversation, text message, or email. Depending on the amount of work required some quotes can be completed by viewing pictures provided by the customer, otherwise the electrician will schedule a time to review the job in person. Within 24 hours of the initial review, the customer will receive a proposal via email for review and approval. Upon approval, the customer will receive an invoice with instructions on next steps.

20+ years of experience working in commercial and residential electrical 5 years of electrical schooling to include apprenticeship MD Masters Electrician Certification
