They were instrumental in working with our home owners insurance company to cover our full roof replacement claim and related interior repairs.They communicated with our home owners association to secure approval for the work including providing a sample of the approved roof shingle product. They worked with us to schedule the work when it was convenient for us to have it done.They began with a meeting in our home to explain the process from start to finish. We discussed how materials would be delivered to the property and stored, the demolition process from protecting the garden, deck and landscape areas, to removal of the debris on a daily basis so that our property maintained a presentable appearance. A supervisor was assigned to oversee the work onsite every day. This person managed logistics, assured the safety of the roofers and provided us with the status of the work on a daily basis.The crew of roofers were experienced, professional, organized, polite and maintained an overall high standard of work from demolition, to necessary replacement of plywood, replacing the flashing around the chimneys and skylights, to installing the new shingles and fastening snow guards.Ms. Garay, CPR's owner monitored the job daily, inspected the job and managed payment processing from our insurer and mortgage companies.This was a huge project for us and disruption of our daily lives was minimized by CPR.
