- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a solo practitioner, unfortunately, I am unable to offer any pro bono or reduced fee legal services. Attorney's fees are based on the nature and complexity of the work, which can be a flat rate or an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process begins with a free, no obligation, 20-minute client consultation, done via telephone. Through this phone call, I am able to get an understanding of your legal challenges and can advise on whether I am best suited to address your needs. This conversation will also include a discussion of my fee schedule so that you can make an informed decision about whether to move forward with the representation. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced litigator with over ten years of trial experience. My litigation experience informs every aspect of work, allowing me to provide strategic and long-term solutions to the challenges faced by my clients.
