- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers don't pay any commission to buyers' agents. Buyers agents get a commission from the seller side. Sellers normally pay a total commission of 5%. 2.5% goes to the buyer's agent, and the other 2.5% goes to the seller's agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process to buying a home is getting pre-approved through a mortgage lender to see how much buying power you have. That will then give us an idea of where to look and the price range.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
