FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be flexible and aligned with the needs of your business—whether you’re looking for ongoing HR support or help with a specific project. For consulting services, we offer both project-based pricing and monthly subscription options depending on the level of support you need. This allows you to scale HR support up or down as your business evolves—no long-term contracts required unless you want them. For recruiting, we primarily focus on direct-hire placements with fees typically ranging from 18%–25% of the candidate’s first-year salary. We also offer volume discounts for multiple hires and can customize pricing for ongoing hiring needs. We’re always transparent—no hidden fees. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for and the value you’re getting. For small businesses or long-term partnerships, we’re open to building pricing structures that make sense and support your growth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep our process simple, collaborative, and focused on results. We start with a discovery conversation to understand your business, your goals, and where you’re feeling the most pressure—whether that’s hiring, compliance, employee relations, or overall HR structure. From there, we conduct a quick assessment of your current HR practices and identify any gaps or opportunities. This helps us prioritize what matters most instead of overwhelming you with unnecessary work. Next, we align on a clear plan—this could be a short-term project, ongoing HR support, or recruiting strategy. You’ll know exactly what we’re tackling, timelines, and what success looks like. Once we’re aligned, we execute. We stay hands-on, communicate regularly, and adjust as your business evolves. We don’t just advise—we help implement and make sure things actually stick. As we build the relationship, many clients transition into ongoing support where we act as a true HR partner—helping you stay ahead instead of reacting to issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
