Well first off let me say the owners of the company are friendly. The problem I had with this company is the drywallers they hired and their quality of work in the finishing. Also with how the company handled it. When drywall is paint ready it means little point may be necessary but with this company I’m having to do a tremendous amount of point up still. The Finishers left deep scratches all through the drywall from sanding, multiple screw holes, at least 20 where they didn’t hit the stud so of course it leaves a bubble, and just a whole bunch of I sanded spots and other major imperfections. This is the worst and absolutely worse drywall finishing job I’ve seen. I told them about the imperfections and they said it looks good, bit just because it looks good without shining any light on it don’t make it good. Everyone in this business knows you need to shine a light along the surface of the drywall to see the imperfections or spot you missed and they didn’t do that. Also there where about 8 tapered joints, the easiest joint to finish, where they didn’t seem to do a second coat or skim coat, the seams where still concaved. These finishers where the worse and I’ve been going back and doing days of pointing up because of sloppy rushed work. They did do a great job of hanging quickly. The pics I’ve uploaded is only about 40 percent of the mess I’ve been having to go over. I’m big on customer service and I got poor customer service and of course they wanted their money once they said they were done. And these pics really don’t show how bad these spot really were when light was on them, just horrible.
