Overall, I recommend this company. I would have loved to give 5 stars but I feel customer service can be improved upon. After my job was completed, I requested a modification to one thing. I was told since I already paid and my order was finished, I would have to pay an additional $200 for the change. I had literally paid the final invoice the day prior. This was very disappointing.
I would suggest that the company consider implementing a 3-day to 1 week grace period for changes, after the final payment, in case something comes up and the customer requests a modification. Sometimes you see things differently after the final delivery and this consideration should be accounted for, without charging additional money.
