- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since 1999, Harmsway Inc has been producing projects for clients of all shapes and sizes. Our standard rates vary from project to project. We are always willing to work with a budget and find a way to achieve the desired goals of every client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
These days a lot of my customers never need leave the comfort of their home or business to get their videos produced. Raw footage can be sent via Google Drive or a similar platform or by FedEx and then we get to work. First passes are uploaded and a private link is sent to the customer to review our work. Notes are passed back, changes are made and then a final product is returned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in theater from California Institute of the Arts and a Certificate from the Los Angeles Recording Workshop where I trained in filmmaking and received my Avid Certification and Final Cut Pro / After Effects / Photoshop training.
