I only meet with Kirk for one hour a year to discuss the plan for that year. I highly recommend him, he is to the point and doesn't wast your time. I'm not going to get to detailed b/c personal finance is personal but to date I have seen a 9% return on my investments. My investment style is simple and conservative which focuses on paying off debt.
