Introduction: I am a seasoned athlete of 10 years, having extensive background in contemporary ballet, hip-hop and general dance, 3 years and a black belt in Shotokan karate, as well as a track background for the past 6 months. I am very strongly focused on good body nutrition and health and firmly believe that the beauty stems from within and health depends on the way you treat your body, what you ingest and what you output. I believe in physical health cleansing not just the body but the mind too. I like to share that with others to help motivate people and lead them to a focused, determined mind and a body and health you'd be proud of!
